Ashley Heights is a small subdivision of houses on the outskirts of Vernal, Utah. The community has 72 lots, 70 of which have houses on them as of late 2022. Most houses in the neighborhood are between 6 and 12 years old, and most of the houses are owned by middle-aged parents with children. Vernal is a “small” town by most measures, but it has pretty much everything you would ever need. It is also very close to a wide array of recreation areas, including the Uintah mountains, Flaming Gorge national recreation area, Dinosaur National Monument, the Buckskin Hills recreation complex, and the Colorado border, with everything that that state has to offer.

Most of the lots in the association are between a fifth to a quarter of an acre (.20 to .25 acre), and most of the houses are 2 story, plus a basement. If/when phase 4 of our development ever gets constructed, we are supposed to get a couple of park areas within the subdivision, but currently we do not have any “common” areas outside of some landscaping in the entryways and along the community border paralleling 500 W.

For members of the subdivision, we have a private facebook group, where members can chat with one another, and where we often announce community events or other things of relevance to the members.
